It features a standard plate size of 4.5 mm in diameter, with additional plate sizes available upon request. As a standard feature, the TC 32 BUFFALO 4HP is compatible with the FORMAT S system, which provides full control options including a foot pedal and the FORMAT S semi-automatic hamburger attachment. This attachment includes a round fixed mould with a diameter of 100 mm and a height of 14 mm for consistent and efficient hamburger production.
