The space-saving Eurowash EW393E, offers a 400mm high, wash chamber for pass through operation, within a compact footprint. The operator may select from a 90 or 120 second wash cycle to rapidly wash any kind of kitchenware.
Eurowash EW393E allows for larger plates, platters and GN containers with ease. The patented Hood lifting system reduces the opening weight to just 3 kilos, that is less than a third of the ordinary designs.
Thanks to the advanced technology, the EW393E wash pump (double flow) delivers an amazing 380 litres of water per minute through the top and bottom rotating wash arms, to produce consistent, sparkling results.
User-Friendly Soft-Touch control panel positioned within easy reach gives the user the choice of two different wash cycles pending the amount of soil level and wash time required. The EW393E is clever enough to self diagnose its operation and advise you of any problems encountered.
Safety is paramount in food preparation and the Eurowashs hygiene is impeccable. Thermostop feature ensures set temperatures are reached. The built-in energy-saving setting, ensures higher efficiency and lower running costs.

Features
15amp Single phase pass-through hood dishwasher with 5050 cm rack, full double-skin construction with single-skin hood. The moulded tank is equipped with an integral filter made from composite material. The hood opens smoothly, with little effort from the operator. The wash chamber is free of internal pipes and sharp corners. Rinse pump will guarantee constant pressure, temperature and flowrate during the rinse phase. Supplied as standard with drain pump.
Standard equipment includes peristaltic detergent and rinse aid dispensers, which can be adjusted from the control panel. The hood lifts smoothly and easily with no tight spots, thereby reducing operator fatigue. The hood opening is 40 cm.
User Interface
Easy to use, reliable and complete, with three soft touch keys and a 4-character LED display, located on the lower body, which shows the wash and rinse temperatures. Carefully chosen graphic symbols provide a clear indication of the dishwasher status and wash cycle progress at a glance.
In addition to the operating parameters, such as the temperature of the tank and boiler or the number of cycles completed, the indications provided by the automatic diagnosis system are also displayed.
It is possible to adjust the dosing of detergent and rinse aid, while our specialised technicians can modify all the operating parameters of the machine.
