The Atosa Two Doors Open Top Saladette is a compact and heavy duty unit ideal for catering and busy kitchens, designed for the preparation of sandwiches, salads, and more. Engineered for optimal performance in hot environments, this saladette fits standard GN pans (not included) and sports a stainless steel prep area. The lower compartment offers insulated cold storage, the interior and exterior built from hard-wearing stainless steel and including white Epoxy shelves and stainless steel rails, with the compressor and condenser situated at the bottom to allow the motor to breathe. Arrives with 4 castors installed for easy mobility.
